I. Review and adoption of the Minutes of the ACARC Meeting held on Wednesday, April 9th,  2008;

II. NEW SUBMISSIONS

Cal. No. 07-08-ACARC/BD               This is an application of  Robert Eberts, Architect PO Box 384, 19 North Salem Road, Cross River, NY 10518 [Owner of Record: Michael Martin, 815 Route 35, Cross River, NY 10518] in the matter of the replacement of existing windows damaged by fire and the addition of a pantry under the existing roof.

Cal. No. 08-08-ACARC/BD               This is an application of  Paul and Roberta White, 42 Elmwood Road, South Salem, NY 10590 in the matter of the replacement of  the existing flat roof with a new gable roof over part of the house.

Cal. No. 09-08-ACARC/BD               This is an application of  Patricia and Thomas Larkin, 230 Elmwood Road, South Salem, NY 10590 in the matter of the replacement of a rotting post and rail fence with a 4 foot high picket fence.

Cal. No. 11-08-ACARC/BD               This is an application of Paul and Tracy Taft, 2 Lower Salem Road, South Salem, NY 10590 in the matter of the removal of 2 Ash trees and 1 Maple tree.

The next ACARC Meeting will be held on Wednesday evening, June 11, 2008.
