MEDICARE MAZE ALERT

If a stranger calls to offer assistance with the new Medicare Part D Program for a price, hang up immediately. Phony counselors have been claiming they can help seniors through the Medicare maze in exchange for their bank account and social security numbers and/or money. Call the Westchester County Department of Senior Programs and Services' Medicare Information Line at (914) 813-6100 for the latest information or to schedule a counseling session at one of the 10 new Medicare Part D Information Centers. All services are FREE of charge.
