children age 4, 5 and 6. New York State Law requires children
under age 7 to use safety restraints including safety seats, harnesses
and booster seats that raise the child's body so that an adult seat

of Lewisboro Youth Officer
Town
of Lewisboro has its first full-time police officer, who will serve
as Youth Officer. Officer Frank Secret, who has been with the Police
Department since 1982 has an office at John Jay High School, and
is available to any school district resident. Officer Secret's telephone

Additionally, Officer Secret has recently completed
DARE (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) training and will work in
conjunction with the Bedford Police Department teaching the DARE

for the elementary schools and the Lewisboro summer day camp.
