Mead Street Stormwater Retrofit Project

Dear Resident,
As you know, construction of the Mead Street Stormwater Retrofit Project is well underway.
Please take note that during the week of April 20, 2015, the Contractor is scheduled to
commence installation of a new stormwater pipe, replacing the existing pipe beneath the entrance
to Tarry-A-Bit Road. This work will require trench excavation through the existing asphalt
apron. The Contractor will complete the road crossing in a timely fashion and will maintain
continued access through Tarry-A-Bit Road with the use of temporary steel road plates until the
new pipe can be installed and backfilled. A new asphalt apron will be installed at a later date.
