Consists of 3 members who meet on the third Tuesday in June to hear property owner's complaints about their assessment.
Grievance Day this year is Tuesday, June 18, 2024. Here is the link to the RP-524 form & related information you will need if you intend to challenge your assessment with the Board of Assessment Review.
What to do if you disagree with your assessment
The property owner will need to complete the application below and attach all supporting documentation. The Assessor's office will need the original plus two copies by June 20, 2023 earlier if possible. Please call the Assessor's office at 763-3034 to schedule an appointment. There are afternoon and evening appointments available.
