This website includes information on all Fair and Affordable housing available across the county, whether ownership or rentals, as well as how to apply for the units listed. To qualify for these housing programs, households or individuals must meet the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Income Limits. These income limits, expressed as a percentage of the County’s area median income (AMI), are used in calculating the rents and sales prices of affordable housing, and are listed on the Westchester Homeseeker website.
PLEASE NOTE: The Town of Lewisboro does NOT administer the County’s Fair and Affordable Housing Program. Applications for the County’s AFFH units must be made using the applications and information on the Westchester County’s Homeseeker website above.
