The Building Department is open for file searches for non-residents Monday and Tuesday from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm & Thursday and Friday from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Homeowners are welcome to view their own file between the hours of 10:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday.
NO FILES WILL BE PULLED ON WEDNESDAY.
If you would like to request information via email, please email building2 [at] lewisborony.gov (link sends e-mail) and indicate the following:
- Place the address in the subject line
- Specify requested items (i.e. - CO, survey, septic) in the body of the email.
- If part or all of the records cannot be emailed, indicate whether you would prefer to pick up legal or letter size hard copies at 25 cents per page or larger plans for which price varies with size and quantity and lead time 2-3 weeks.
- A telephone number where you can be reached to discuss your request if necessary.
Electronic requests will be processed in the order received.
