Lewisboro's Middle Income Housing Program

Within the Town of Lewisboro there are 40 condominium units in the Oakridge and Laurel Ridge condo complex that are designated for Middle Income (“MI”) housing under the Town’s Zoning Code, Chapter 220.  These units were developed under a groundbreaking program that began in the mid-1980’s, and are only available to households whose income does not exceed certain limits. Click on the link below for current income, sales and rental limits for Lewisboro MI Housing.

All 40 MI condos are owned by individual households; the Town has no role in the ongoing sale, rental or management of these units.  Anyone seeking a MI condo should contact their local realtor to see if any units have been listed for sale or rent by current owners.  If a prospective purchaser or renter finds that one of the MI units is for sale or rent, and is interested, they are required to fill out an application.

A link to the application can be found below. The completed application, with supporting documents, can be emailed to housing [at] lewisborogov.com, or mailed to or dropped off at the Housing Committee, c/o Lewisboro Building Dept. at 79 Bouton Road, South Salem, NY 10590.
